I created a bootable flash/thumb drive (2GB) but I don't see where in the bios to set boot priority to USB device or flash drive.

    Any suggestions?

How can I check that the drive is bootable? It should have the MSDOS files on it but I don't see them in Windows Explorer.

Do you have your PC set to display hidden and system files ???
Also, if there is NO setting in Bios setup to set USB as first Boot Device then your PC may not support booting from USB Devices.
In that case you need to make a bootable Floppy or CD with the Bios and Flash Utility on it.

It depends on which slic you inserted dude. Use the one that came with the bios mod or use the same one that you used if you created the modded bios yourself.

The certificate you need is included with the Bios Mod in the rar file.

Will this process work if my Windows 7 installation was the RC that I downloaded from Microsoft?

Will installing the RTM Build 7600 require that I reinstall all of my other software that I currently have installed?

    Good post timesurfer.
    That upgrade works well.
I did that myself from 7100 to 7264 and then to 7600.
The only thing I did different was to open the ISO in PowerISO instead of Mounting it.

I can't believe I did this. It's done and look fine.

Where does it show what version of Win7 I am one. I know it's WIN7 64, RTM Build 7600, but where does it show that?
