Activation backup?

    Hello.

    Quick question: is it possible to back up the activation of Windows 10, like it was in 8.1?

    why there is no need if using free update you do not need it.

    clean install breaks it, and the generic key does not work. Tried calling MS to activate, said that the only way is by installing the previous version and upgrading.

    Looking for a way to backup Enterprise activation.

    Clean install breaks it and generic key does not work. :confused:
    Read forum you do not enter key just skip it and yes you need to install original version you upgraded to.

    Skip key = generic key

    and of course I installed the same edition.....
