    Thanks! Also i would like to add that if someone had blocked those 3 ip's from microsoft in win 8.1 and updated to win 10 beta, even with the beta key installed it still can't connect to activation servers so delete those rules.

    it's not preactivated. i syprepped an administrator account and had to manually activate.
