    Microsoft Edge is not part of Windows Enterprise LTSB. Nor is Microsoft Edge downloadable and installable through The Microsoft Store.

    Your query is out of the scope of this thread (as I never supported or offered a solution to install Edge in LTSB) and you should make your own thread seeking help.

    You must take ownership of \Packages first.
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-ProfessionalEdition~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.14393.0]
    "InstallClient"="DISM Package Manager Provider"
    "InstallName"="Microsoft-Windows-ProfessionalEdition~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.14393.0.mum"
    "InstallLocation"="\\\\?\\d:\\rs1.bin.amd64fre.dep\\mergedcomponents\\images\\client\\packages\\"
    "CurrentState"=dword:00000070
    "SelfUpdate"=dword:00000000

    Somewhere in this thread, someone has posted the 32-bit files. I don't have Windows 10 32-bit and never saw the need to download them. Nor did I feel the need to seek out long-term support of Windows 32-bit as I honestly cannot find any computer with under 4 GB of ram. If you have 4+ GB of ram, you can install 64-bit (minimum requirement is 4 GB) and you'll find a speed boost. A lot of folks have reported that the 32-bit system is slower. Finally, a lot of the apps you would find on the Windows Store would require 4 GB ram or more and the few that I could find that required less, would not even install on the 32-bit system.

    In short, you're on your own. -- But you can find the files somewhere in this thread.

    Updated post #1 --- Windows 64-bit required.

    edit: I had already told folks in post 1, right next to the download link, that I only had the 64-bit files available. Really wish people would READ. :rolleyes:

    Post #1 now warns that 64-bit is needed 6x, in case people miss it the 1st time. o_O

    Many tablets/transformer books have just 2GB ram, and run x86 windows, i happen to have one, an Asus T100TA, and i recently had to re-install a similar one (a bit newer) which ran x64 windows and that one was really slow compared to my older version.

    Yes, but wouldn't a tablet be running Windows RT or Windows S edition? Which would mean the store was already included. Are you sure it is a tablet and not a slim down netbook?

    I have no interest in supporting or debugging 32-bit in the future. My lack of interest even goes so far as not wanting to download it.

    My tablet and the other one just ran win 10 Home. Mine originally ran win 8.1 Core x86.

    No needs here, just to inform you there are still current devices running perfectly on x86 windows :)

    No doubt, I can not deny that fact. :) But generally speaking, there are also current devices happily running Windows 2000 or Windows XP in high-end corporate environments, including government office buildings, but that doesn't mean I want to encourage it. :p

    Why use LTSB with Store? The very benefit of using LTSB is that it has no Store.., but I do appreciate the effort taken to make this happen.

    Now if only there was a way to add Edge to LTSB without breaking DISM and being update-able, I would be a happier person!

    Anybody else had a problem with stability such as random freeze ups after adding the store using the batch file and installing a few apps to LTSB ?? I did this Thursday night and I've had restart the pc the past 2 mornings to use it. Yesterday the laptop monitor stayed so dim I could barely see it. I hit the power button to put it back to sleep and try again and it was the same so I had to reboot it and then it was normal. This morning it froze upon waking from sleep so I had to hold down the power button to shut it down and start over. I was gone most of the day today and PC was asleep. It woke fine from sleep but froze a few minutes ago for no reason and as I am typing this the text seems to be delayed slightly before appearing on the screen. Only other major change I have made was to install CentOS linux as a dual boot but I wouldn't expect that to have any affect on Windows. Any way of restoring windows back to the way it was before I ran the store script??
