Is there already an AHCI option in BIOS?

Trim will be enabled by default in Win 7 setup process. Afaik on Win 7 better check whether the automatic defrag is disabled.

The AHCI option is not in bios, there are only IDE and on MB there are 3 SATA port and they are SATA II

but it would be nice to have the AHCI option

Your best bet since the ICH7 chipset doesn't appear to support AHCI is to use the pci-e x1 slot with a HD controller card installed there to get AHCI

MB support PROCESSOR Intel 65W LGA 775 CPU and CHIPSET Intel G41 + ICH7

So it's not possible to ad AHCI to support Trim for Win 7
