adding/switching langauge to "starter edition"

    Hi, i followed these instruction to install a language LIP.cab file.

    it installed successfully, but i'm unable to switch languages.

    is there a DISM command to do this?

    mate use vistalizator is very easy and simple

    i guess i misunderstood what DISM does

    but vistalizator did what i wanted to do

    so thanks again :)
