In order to better improve the quality of the Windows 8 Forums, NEW threads will be locked and hidden by MDL staff until we can decide if they require their own thread or should be moved to an existing thread.

    Additional Rules.

    1. No deliberate fake build threads/posts.
    2. Dissucison of non-public builds isn't allowed. You can talk about features or anything newsworthy but unless you're going to leak something please remain silent.

I saw that some people wanted to create some update / "real info" threads concerning Windows 8. I didn't approve them - no matter what rules are set up first, the threads will end in chaos. So just wait some time until the customer preview (or whatever) is out...

If you want to create a new thread and having it approved, make sure you:

    1) read the FAQ, which can be found here: http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/35827-Windows-8-FAQ
    2) have had a look at the sticky threads: http://forums.mydigitallife.net/forums/42-Windows-8 (thread list section separated from other threads by the word "sticky"!)
    3) tried asking your question(s) in an old thread... maybe / surely they can be answered there.

And if you want to post "new" releases and the like, try to find whether it has already been posted or not.

As this amount of members is going berserk about Win8, moderating isn't always easy. Please don't create a thread four times, just because it hasn't been approved after 5 minutes.
