For -1F5A there is none free soft what works. So you have to call Dell support if laptop is yours(need document also) or seach net.

if bios recovery not working (but it does work).. get bios dump bin from older version with ending not 1F5A.
(usualy the smaller chip x32 not x64 in model of bios)
flash it with USB SPi programmer like ch341a and SOP8 test clip and cable.

let it boot to diagnostics and finish then will show old code that works with bios-pw.org

Whether this post from 27 Dec 2011 resolve problem

use E4300A06.exe to make LOLA06.HDR in CMD window drag and drop E4300A06.exe then add / writehdrfile with a space after .exe
    E4300A06.exe / writehdrfile
now the file E4300A06.hdr rename to LOLA06.HDR
put in USB, take battery and power cord out
    plug in USB.
END hold while the plug and power cord. press Power button.
if battery LED light blinks red / green it should be flashing.
if no success try themselves but hold END and POWER while plug and power cord.
Try different USB ports. or different version BEFORE late 2009 when bios changed password hash.
4V50PJ1-1F5A should say 4V50PJ1-2A7B or 595B with older BIOS.

Now my computer have bios a23. If I install a24 whether to reset password ?

I install a06 bios and the last four letters've changed the 2A7B.
Now the generator gave a good password and unlocked my bios.
Thanks for help . This is the best forum for hardware that I could find.
    Once again, thank you !!!!!:worthy::worthy::worthy:
