Administrator account password recovery

my friend has an XP system, he created 2 accounts, one limited account, and one account named ADMINISTRATOR .

he changed his normal account to a LIMITED account.

now he forgot his administrator account's password :S

he can only logon to the system with the secondary limited account.

is there a way he can reset the password of the default administrator account?
