Hi guys, this is a way to get some of the windows aero features back on windows 10.
Go to settings and navigate to personalisation>start. Under there, click every box under "Show accent color on the following surfaces"
Then, go sbove and toggle the switch on 'transparancy effects'
After you do this, you taskbar will be like win 7 aero one. Then install an alternate start menu, such as Classic Shell. Under its settings, change the start menu style to "Windows 7 Style". Then under skins, select windows aero. After that, make sure the "replace start button" in classic shell is enabled and set to custom. Download these start buttons and insert the image applicable to you in the "pick image" option. Images are also in the link below. You now have a windows 7 start menu, with start orb. Finally, to enable transparancy effects, download some software from this link( drive.google.com/open?id=0B1L88fbsTVpISWZ5TWFxWl9YQUk[/url] , it also has the start images for classic shell) and place it in the C: drive, so the folder resides in C:\. Go inside the folder and run the setup.bat(x86 or x64 depending on your windows version)as an admin. Then, your aero effects are complete!. Some side effects of this are that modern, metro apps may become useless and even fail to work, as in my case. But hey, windows 7 never came with metro apps, did it? I also recommend you create system restore point in case if anything goes wrong Another thing is to keep the setup.bat file on your desktop as the transparancy effect goes away after you reboot your PC.

The transparancy effects have to be re-enabled every time you reboot by going to this directory (C:\AeroGlass10240\AeroGlass). Then, you need to run the setup.bat (depending on your version of windows, x86/x64), as an administrator. A shortcut on the desktop doesn't work, i tried it.

i am going to dual boot windows 7 ultimate and see if windows 10 can find aero from the windows 7 install. Or i will manually copy the files from win7 to win10.

@user222 haha dude I also make this when Windows 10 still as preview if I remember build 9926 :g:see what I make:same thing that you Installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 in dual boot with Windows 10 v.9926 then I open regedit and take note of all files related to Aero effect since HKCR until HKLM after open C:\Windos\System32 and also take note of all files related to Aero then concluding make some specie of "transplant" lol to regedit and system32 on Windows 10 to see what happen! of course doesn't works:weep: so I make another decision simply search around on web and find same russian files that you show here lol with little modifications Windows 10 works fine until now only need correct symbols files this is my history :p:rolleyes:
edit: of course Aero effect doesn't works with UWP applications
