Aero vs AeroLite

    I know since 8 was released, Microsoft changed the way AeroLite works, like it still uses DWM unlike 7's Basic Theme. So in Windows 10 what is the differences between Aero and AeroLite?

    I am aware of the cosmetic differences, I just would like to know the actual differences between them?
