AlienWare M17X (Dell) SLIC 2.1 ??

    Hello All,
    I am waiting on a new AlienWare M17X. It should arrive early January. Does anyone know if it is SLIC 2.1 ready and if so what certificate do I need for Win 7 / 2008 server ?? (Dell Certificate, AlienWare specific certificate) ??

    A02 BIOS of M17X already contains SLIC 2.1 and it is ALIENWARE, not DELL.

    Thanks for the info -- do you happen to know where I can get the proper certificate to put win 7 / 2008 server on it?

    Thanks for the link -- do you know if any server 2008 oem slp key will work on the alienware (with the alienware certificate) or woudl I need to install say a Dell certificate and use a Dell key?

    All of the new M17x Units all ship with Windows 7 Pre-installed and yes they are Phoenix Bios Slic 2.1
