After seeing a Windows message saying that my trial version was set to expire, I tried activating my Enterprise edition of Windows 8.1 (64 bit) with Toolkit, but it couldn't find a key. I then used KMSpico and it appears to work...but I am not sure. As you can see beloww, slmgr commands 1 and 3 look like it's all OK, but the 2nd one says it's set to expire here in mid January and that's the message that keeps popping up every time I restart my PC. On a side note, will ESET nod32 antivirus interfere with KMSpico at all and if so how can I make them play nicely with each other? Thanks in advance.

you are using an evaluation of Enterprise. You need to install a non-eval.

Yes you are activated, however activated Eval's are Time bombed to expire.
