Qflash flashing method (pressing 'End' button during POST) is just as good as flashing with a DOS boot floppy disk. More convenient too.
ssv3 is just the method the slic table was inserted into the bios you downloaded it has no other significance flashing from dos requires a floppy drive and making a boot disc
Nothing wrong with using QFlash. (or that should read... there's nothing around to suggest Qflash is any worse)
i used qflash i dont see a reason to take extra steps. the only thing I dont trust is flashing from in windows
Well i used qflash on one PC with gigabyte mobo and and EZ flash(Asus equivalent of q-flash) on another with asus mobo and both are working great.
