Seems like nothing really changed that would break the current drivers from Windows 8.1, the AMD 14.9 Driver works wel in Windows 10. However i expect that AMD will rellease a preview driver soon. HD7800 Series You can get the driver from the AMD website and just install it in WIndows 10 Microsofts DXWebsetup is working fine aswell. Best Regards, Toetje
For some reason I can't complete the installation of the drivers.... I get the following error : Failed to load detection driver. I'm using the English x64 Win10 version and have a 290x
Strange, for me it installed a driver on the first boot, i needed to remove the AMD Catalyst driver from Software, I do some research on this I wonder what happens if you try to install the driver again after installing it manuel from the c:/amd folder?
At first windows installed by itself old 14.4 drivers, had to manually uninstall them at first. Catalyst Manager doesn't seem to properly install all the drivers it used to install on Windows 8.1 (AMD USB Filter, Video Driver, etc...), had to manually install video driver only using device manager. Works great so far.
That could be it indeed, I wan't connected to the internet either and didn't got the drivers installed with win10.
My clocks stays at 1400/400 instead of 350/150 for idle clocks when idle... On windows 8.1 same driver is fine. Anyone noticed this? I have a Asus 270x DCUII.
Confirming that 14.9 works great with League of Legends. Using the modified PowerXpress/Enduro drivers for my HD4000+7730M setup.
Does not seem to work with crossfire on 2 R9 270X gpus - 14.9 reports that the bridge is installed wrong!
