Hey everyone. Been trying to update my bios version (phoenix one) using Windows 7. So, I executed some kind of an application downloaded from the acer's support site. My laptop freezed, then restarted itself. There was no post screen after restarting it. I am not able to use a CD/DVD drive, nor any floppy drive (i can get one if I really need it). I'm using a pendrive (mp3 player to be exact). What else should I do? Please help
I would suggest you start reading some posts on acer bios recovery. All information on how to do it is available on this forum. If you expect to be spoon fed with what to do then your mistaken (certainly from me anyway!) Read and learn and then try yourself.
