An application is stopping Chrome from safely connecting to this site

    Getting below error

    "Fortinet" wasn’t installed properly on your computer or the network:
    • Try uninstalling or disabling "Fortinet"
    • Try connecting to another network
    NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

    any fixes?

    I wonder if this is something to do with Chrome 70+ now rejecting all Symantec SSL certificates.

    I am unfamiliar with Fortinet, but have you tried updating it or disabling it as Chrome suggests?

    In my case the same issue was resolved just by logging into the network.
