Annoying pop-up window needs help

    Guru,
    I have a desktop PC installed with win10 Pro. Lately I properly had messed it up. Now it from time to time pop-up message window saying "cannot find script file C:\Users\Public\Libraries\Check.vbs."

    Appreciate help to resolve the annoying problem.
