    PC Equalizer GUI use Equalizer APO. There are many free equalizers, but there are just a GUI for Equalizer APO.

    Just google APO driver. I don't post the link here. There are many equalizer selections.
    I recommed Viper4Windows.
    Viper4Windows win10 patcher will not 100% work on Win10.
    You can find very high quality preset and fixed V4W installer (100% work on win10) in that page.
