[Answered] How long until the "Enroll to ESU" link shows up in Settings?

    Its past mid-august already, yet there is no such link on my WU settings page.
    I am running Windows 10 Pro for Workstations with all latest updates installed, build 19045.6218.
    I am logged in with my MS Account, am backing up my settings... meaning my PC does fullfill all requirements for the free year of ESUs.

    I live in south america if that makes any difference.
