I want to create a bootable USB where I will have: - Windows 10 consumer editions version 21h2 x64 - Windows 10 business editions version 21h2 x64 - Windows 10 enterprise ltsc 2021 x64 - Linux Mint Mate What software (preferably Open Source) do you recommend? And is it possible to combine these 3x versions of Windows into each other to take up less space on the flash drive (but ready to start normal boot)?

You can export all editions you use in a single install.esd On the other hand, if you update every month to follow those of Microsoft, the integration of LTSC 2021 may take more and more place because of the growing build difference. This is why I personally stopped integrating LTSC 2019 with consumer / business after 1809 To conclude, if you want to follow the monthly iso updates, it is best to keep 3 iso separate (sorry for my Google Translate english)
@migamatrix Hi, Um, I don't understand you. :-D I need to create a backup USB flash drive, which can install a clean Full-OS from the above windows consumer, business, LTSC. (Same functionality as if I used the .ISO file + Rufus software.) Because I know that a lot of data these three Windows have the same I ask if they can be combined into one ISO or some other format which is suitable. install.esd can't be used for a full USB installation from disk or yes?
not sure to understand your question? You know what install.wim file is? install.esd = install.wim with more compression
install.esd = install.wim I didn't know that, can you refer me to some tutorial? Do I understand that correctly? 3x Windows > one install.esd > one install.wim > one .ISO file?
Not sure Example For my use I add home edition from consumer iso to business iso 2 sources iso > 2 install.wim > 1 install.esd > 1 iso Look ESD2WIM-WIM2ESD Another much easier approach offered by @shhnedo is to use Ventoy - Easy USB multiboot for ISO files (UEFI, too!)
When creating multiple indexes image, only add /checkintegrity at the very last index, it will speed up processing and won't waste as much cpu: Code: dism /export-image /sourceimagefile:x:\example_folder\installconsumer.wim /all /destinationimagefile:x:\example_folder\install.esd /compress:recovery dism /export-image /sourceimagefile:x:\example_folder\installbusiness.wim /all /destinationimagefile:x:\example_folder\install.esd /compress:recovery dism /export-image /sourceimagefile:x:\example_folder\installltsc.wim /all /destinationimagefile:x:\example_folder\install.esd /compress:recovery /checkintegrity
@shhnedo gave you the best way in post # 2. Ventoy, install and just copy Any and All "ISOs" to the drive. No need to combine.
@billmcct understand you, but i don't want to use this solution! I want to learn and know how to properly combine Windows versions and change size.
You put the install.esd file in place of install.wim file. That's it. Be it in the iso or on the USB.
