    Hello Friends,
    I have and Web access only iCloud Account, and i want to upgrade it into full Featured, but I didn't have any apple device, and don't have much money to buy apple device, can anyone please help

    Allow me to repeat my initial query: What's your end goal? What specific job do you want to do with a iCloud(+) account despite not owning any Apple hardware?

    Well then, if that's the only objective, then why don't you opt for Google Drive (15 GB for the free tier) or OneDrive (5 GB for the free tier - same as iCloud full, but without any hardware binding requirement)? You can even choose MEGA (20 GB for the free tier) or any other cloud storage-only offering.
