[Answered] Problem with MCE 2005 - VLK

    Hello!

    I have a problem with a Windows XP MCE 2005 SP2 ISO.

    I changed the last 3 digits of the pid (setupp.ini) to make it VLK (270) -because it was a Dell OEM disk, but when I put the XVK98 serial, it doesn't work.

    Is there a separate key for XP MCE 2005?

    MCE doesn't contain any VL channel. Use DMI editing to add the HP string (or similar) and replace the Dell OEMBIOS set with corresponding one to activate.
