Hi, Is it possible switching from Windows Pro VL to Home using the firmware serial number (Windows 10)?
can just use whichever program or key change edit that lets ya change the keys to difo versions but why go back to home for though pro is more useful than it
I made a sysprep image of Windows 11 Pro VL. Now I need to install Windows 11 in a laptop with a firmware built in Windows 10 Home key. It would been comfortable to use my preconfigured image
Next time make a sysprepped image of Home, from Home you can always online/offline upgrade to all other SKUs.
cant find home iso anymoreeeee stupid laptop wont let me complete installation and i cant understand why...
Avoid to listen the usual people who suggest a clean install to solve everything, even the easiest problem like yours. Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion] "EditionID"="Core" "ProductName"="Windows 10 Home" Just use the reg file above. Then do an in place upgrade to W10 Home, then (if you are really masochist ) do an in place upgrade to W11 Home
My image is already a Windows 11 (VL) copy, so I think it's enough a single downgrade. If it doesn't change all my settings, seems awesome!
How many times to tell you that no way to going change Windows 10 Pro Vol. to Home edition.. Not gonna work, Has to backup all files you want to keep and re-format install fresh Windows 10 Home.. My personally, I hate Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 S.. I stick with Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Pro for Workstation. Right now I am using Windows 10 Pro for Workstation.. Love it.. For Windows 11, I rather wait 3 yrs see any improvements.. IF MS willing make support Intel 4th Gen with TPM 2.0 and I had tested already and no problems updating the Windows 11 Pro or Pro for Workstation.. ATGPUD2003
No matter how many time you repeat a wrong fact, it will never become magically true. I explained how to do that in 2 clicks, just read and learn something.
