I just bought a new laptop and it came with Windows 8.1. I thought I would get used to it but it's just horrible. So I replaced the HDD and installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I've run SLIC ToolKit but it can't find a SLIC and installing the certificate for Lenovo and the key for Win 7 Ultimate doesn't activate Windows.

Am I going to have to use an activator instead? Or is there a way to somehow properly install the certificate and key. Installing a certificate and key fells so much "cleaner".

Loader will install a cert and key for you and safer than a bios mod, as long as like the Captain said the HDD to be setup as MBR not GPT.
