Anybody Know how to populate OA3.0 files?

    Hello MDL people;

    I am a new member here, so if my question is wrong, please correct me.
    I am implementing OA3.0 and because i am new on this job, can anyone assist me publicaly or PMs if possible to let me know how to populate OA3.cfg and othe files.
