Hi everyone, I'm a long time lurker of this superb site, never really had any major problems, so this is my first post. I have the impression that WES7 is "laggier" or slower compared to the standard version of windows 7. Anyone feels the same? Browsers, and many other programs don't work the same way they would running on standard windows 7, same for games. Some of them even crash to desktop after a few minutes playing. So my question would be if this behaviour is normal, since this is not the standard windows 7, or if I have to do something in order to fix this problem. Do directx and such work normally under WES? No hardware or software incompatibilities? I have installed the most complete version (I believe it's labeled "application compatibility"), the one which fills almost 5gb of disk. Thanks is advance.
What would be the point of trying to use this as opposed to the normal Win7? It seems you are trying to force it to do more then it should sebus
