    Hi
    Anyone may help find a clean installer .exe copy of the free software Unlocker 1.9.2, not IObit Unlocker.
    I am looking for a copy that is not bundled with Delta Toolbar.
    I tried many copies but always anti-virus caught it.
    All copies I've downloaded contain malware.
    Also, do not want to use the portable version.

    Absolutely right, and you won't find it without said toolbar, but you can always remove it yourself if you don't need it or you have some fear. Granted, it's a very old and completely unnecessary thing, but that toolbar strip you mentioned didn't pose any threat to anything at the time it appears and I tested it. And it's also true that I once tested it a lot before realizing that it was completely pointless and rather completely unnecessary.
    It would be wise to stay away from it.

    OK, @kaljukass I will listen to your advise.
    But if there is anything I want to delete and can not get ride of it, what would you suggest doing?
    Any workaround or valid way to unlock it, as this is the only need I want from this old software?

    @jineso

    You can usually delete anything that is not currently or at this moment open and/or in use.
    You just have to stop these processes and change the permissions of the file/files if necessary, and anyway I haven't had any problems.
    True, there are some tricks sometimes, but they are always changing and there is no strict rule. Perhaps the only thing is that after you have partially succeeded in deleting something, you have to restart and take so-called ownership and simply repeat the process as long as needed. Sometimes it also helps to change the address or move to another place. But it's all specific each time. There is always a reason why something cannot be deleted immediately or moved elsewhere/actually change the address). It is necessary to find and eliminate this cause, and the usual CCleaner usually helps quite well. The main drawback of this widget (Unlocker 1.9.2) is that it does not consider the reason, but forcefully removes the so-called tags and permissions, and then moves the files to the trash. But this can be very dangerous and once all the tags and permissions are removed, they cannot be restored, and in the same way, these files cannot be restored to their original state and location. That's the whole danger of this gadget.

    I did not get any toolbar installation choice.
    100% clean.
    Thanks a lot @Tito for suggesting this website.
