Have you thought about using Daz's loader
I've been using it here on the original WS2012 Datacenter for the past 4 years,
just checked, installed it Jan 29,2013
works so good I never upgraded.

I hate messing with the bios

Yes I have, perhaps I will have to now hehe - did you apply all updates to 2012 ?

I'm curious so I guess it's just me wanting to know how Fujitsu built their bios - I see several post from users having Fujitsu computers and since no one have figured out Fujitsu's secret I thought I'd give it a go.

Yes I know how it is "in the interest of science".
My own experience with modded bioses related to a hard drive size limitation
for which I installed a really kludgy bios which I had the devil's own time
    getting rid of.
Ultimately solved the size issue by means of a primary partition smaller than the limit
Windows could after loading see the whole thing

    Haven't updated 2012 for a year,
