Hi, is there anyway to change the "starting windows" to a different language and integrate to Window7 iso so that when it finish installation and it reboot, "starting window" will show up in a different language. This is the language i would like to use "LIP_km-KH.mlc". Language Interface Packs (LIPs) thx
Using real language packs might help. Just try change with vistalizator if its (windows) already installed if you want to integrate language packs to setup and windows we have excellent guides!.

there's no lp.cab for "Khmer". I google and only fine "LIP_km-KH.mlc". I check in MS site and km-KH is LIP
