After having removed an application with AppCleaner, I also inspect these folders for residues:

    /Library
    /Library/Preferences
    ~/Library
    ~/Library/Preferences
    ~/Library/Services
    ~/Library/LaunchAgents
    /System/Library/LaunchAgents
    /System/Library/Services
    /System/Library/LaunchDaemons
    /Library/LaunchDaemons
    /Library/LaunchAgents
    /Applications/Utilities

AppCleaner might not find everything. Maybe it's an overkill, but I like to clean out thoroughly. Be sure to only delete files and folders that you know are associated with the removed application

Does it also delete all the registry entries connected with an app ?
    Regards

macOS doesn't have a Registry like Windows does.
The Registry is what makes Windows a mess because nobody really knows what's written into it.
So there is nothing to be worried about

I'm sorry, I thought that the app is for windows, and commented without reading fully.
It's true, registry is what makes Windows messy !
