On November 2nd a number of updates were automatically installed on my windows 8.1x86 VL It now happens that most of my Apps fail to open. Updates installed are KB 2884846-2859675-976002-2883200-2884101-2880289-2902892-2886439 Please help!
I have uninstalled/reinstalled all the mentioned KB's and rebooted, but most of my Apps (the same as before) still fail to open...
run the following in a Command Window to re-register the Store app: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
after that command you should uninstall and reinstall the apps which don't work. Start with one just to look if it works
Have you synchronized your App Licenses?...Your App issues may get resolved by doing that.. To do this, open the Store app>Settings>App Updates>App Licenses
