Well, this is a weird bug I guess, cause its a fresh install of 1903 Education. When I try to open the Apps menu in Settings, it opens and close and nothing else happens. The same if I right click on the start menu and select "Apps and Features". I was trying to reach the Features to install the Windows Sandbox, which I did because I use the old and always working (for now) Control Panel.
All this is discussed many times in the 18362.30 thread. It should only happen when you, after a reboot, instantly go the "settings" > "Apps", when you wait a minute or so, it should open fine.
I searched in that thread and was a nightmare, couldnt find anything. I have to wait a more than a minute to see Apps to shows up, like 20 minutes. And I have to do this everytime it boots. Is that right?. What kind of new feature is this?.
