If I set the "Let apps run in background" setting off will the UWP apps still automatically update without having to do it myself via the Microsoft Store app (I hardly ever use it)?

Brother a suggestion you must turn off mostly privacy settings to not allow M$ collect your system details.
but its your own decision whether to disable or let them enabled according to your needs .

It looks like was a generic setting in Windows 10 but apparently it's an individual one for each app in Windows 11. Weird, now I can't find this individual setting in each Windows 11 app.

EDIT: There's a setting to disable all apps in Winaero Tweaker and NTLite. What will happen if I check it? If the Microsoft Store app is responsible for updating the apps, then it shouldn't be able to do it since it's disabled. That way I'd have to manually run the Microsoft Store app to update the apps so I might as well not check this setting. If starting with Windows 11, apps must be disabled one by one, then I don't get how can a setting that disables all apps exist.

EDIT 2: After disabling Winaero Tweaker's setting to disable all apps, the individual apps' setting to disable themselves is now showing up.
