Ok i've tested it but first it says that the cmos layout is difference but when I click accept it says

    Error: File ROM ID incorrect

    EDIT:

I have succesfully flashed my bios right now with the ROM ID cheksum off.
But when i turn on the ASROCK UCC feature and save it my PC turns directly off and when I boot again and open CPU-Z it says that it is still a tri core.
So I think i need a different motherboard to unlock my cpu to a quad core.
    Thanks for helping.

I already tried lowering clock speed and then enabling ucc but it don't work.
Also after enabling ucc and go in the bios it says that it is enabled but when i disable it and save it the pc goes off. I think UCC is a special chip on the mobo what my mobo doesn't have
