Asus Bios updating possible or not ?

    hi all i have motherboard from Asus it's OEM :

    model : P3-P5G33
    mobo : P5K-VM/P3-P5G33/DP_MB rev:1.02G


    last bios is ver 0409 i want to try unlocked Bios of P5K-VM motherboard ver 1001
    it's same board but there's ID ROM Check if you want to flash it ...

    1-i can flash it with afudos 2.07 or not ?
    2- there is possibility to brick the mobo ? if so ... i can recover it (recovery method or with progammer) ?
