Asus Maximus V Formula - Security verification failed

    Motherboard: Asus Maximus V Formula

    After using Phoenix tool with the latest bios 1604, I get "Security verification failed" when trying to flash.
    Its been working on previous Bios versions (SLP File blank).
    Help anyone...?
