I hope some bios expert can give me a start (or a stop) in looking
for a way to modify the original bios for this board. Other PX79 boards
have older .ROM bioses available on the Asus website which
will run my sandybridge B0 stepping CPU. (I think it is probably an Engineering Sample,
but it seems OK with P9X79 WS and Sabertooth X79 if I revert to .ROM bios).
The P9X79 LE has only .CAP bioses available and none of these will do
    the job.
I am hoping (maybe in vain) that there is some way of changing the LE bios
so that it does whatever the older .ROM bioses do on the other P9X79
    boards.
    Any guidance gratefully received!
