before the BIOS 1104 and 1203, I need to mod the bios for SLIC, but for 1104 and 1203 I do nothing and my win7 still keep active, I also try a reinstall of win7 but just the same, looks like it already got a SLIC in it.

Is there anyway to check if the offical bios got a valid SLIC in it?

p.s. flash a older bios the SLIC seems to be remove and windows will not be active, flash back to 1104 or 1203 will active the windows again.

Thanks. The SLIC toolkit say SLIC not found, the other one can dump the SLIP info, but the data is not the same as those provide by the phoenix tools, which I used to mod older bios..
that say, these new bios may be really contain a valid SLIC. other got x79 sabertooth may give it a try.
