need some help please. my asus is running home windows 10. im stuck on version 1703 i cannot install the update so its running 1809. ive made a iso with the creation tool on a usb stick. but im not sure how to set the machine so it installs windows that i have on the usb stick. ive been reading and all i could find is how ive done it but i cannot do it. or would i be better installing a new version, i dont have dvd, just usb sticks and 1tb external hard drive.
