Hi! Last week i tried de update my Asus laptop(X73J) and something went wrong, black screen after restart only leds are on. I went to service for externally reflashing my bios, but no results. Yesterday I look at laptop mainbord and surprise: mainboard model differs from specs ( label on the back say Asus X73SJ-mainboard K73SJ) - label on the mainboard say K73SD. I download K73SJ, K73SD bios and iI do a file compare: result = there are some difference between them. Now, before i go again in service to reflash, I have a question: what is method to do a recovery bios from USB or dvdrom? PS: it`s AMI EFI bios, strange file extension on bios (v202 =***.202 file) it`s not bin or rom file (i tried to load in different bios programs) Thanks and sorry for my english
