I tried to install that new ati driver for win8,but everytime I try to install it,it get to the stage where the screen flickers. It flickers about 4-5 times, and then the blue screen of death appears!

Can someone tell me why? My gpu is a hd 6300M(laptop)

Did you try running it as administrator? I have the 6620g and the 6750m in my laptop the driver seems to work. Also try updating your laptops bios

this is precisely why I don't use ATI cards when beta testing. They do not keep a healthy driver support for beta OS's. Since Windows Vista Beta testing I've exclusively used nVidia cards:rolleyes:

They didn't release a driver for ATI Radeon HD 4000 Series, so I downloaded one for Windows 7, I removed the WDDM 1.1 driver completely and installed the one for Win7 through Device Manager, it works like a charm :)

some hd4000 user said they r using rc10 amd driver of win8 and it works well. Athough hd4000 and 3000 series are not in support list of this driver. i think it supports that series too...

Well i am running 4870X2 in cf and tried 12.1 ,12.2 and Preview Drivers but with none of them i get CCC to work. I force the drivers install but as CCC dont launch i cant set my underscan and neither enable CF. I am currently using 11.12 with 11.12 cap3 and all is running great. Scaling is good in games like Bf3, Mw3, Syndicate and Mass Effect 3 Demo.

I'm having trouble with my AMD card (6770m), but i think it's because i've 2 graphic cards. One is Intel HD3000, the other one is ATI 6770m.

    anyone knows the solution?
