    I don't think it is a video card, I think that's and Integrated graphics, because I use to own a P5RD1-VM which had the exact same chip you mentioned.
    Did you try to find the latest Catalyst driver?
    I bet your chip earned 2.0 Windows Experience Index points on vista.

    MOBO? Motherboard right? I google it and came up with this.

    Manufacturer: Asus
    Motherboard Name: A8AE-LE
    HP/Compaq motherboard name: AmberineM-GL6E Memory

    this is my basics, I guess?
    AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor
    2GB PC3200 DDR Memory
    ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Integrated Graphics with 128MB Shared Memory

    yup, mobo is a slang for motherboard.
    Try updating the drivers, and we'll see how it goes....
