The version I use is Acronis True Image Home 2019. You can either Install it in Windows or create/download a .iso image that you can burn to cd/dvd/usb (bootable) and boot up to that and create/restore an Acronis True image Created Disk/Partition Image. Both options work pretty well. However I prefer the bootable iso/usb method as the app just add OS Overhead. :)

The Custom WinPE image is also an option but a bit more involved but does provide more options/apps. :)

I use Veeam, perfect for differential and incremental backups. You can also look at cloudberry. But Veeam is perfect for your simple use case. It's scalable solution, you can also deploy your images in cloud if you have AWS or use a free tier Google Drive. Veem Agent Community Edition is what you should be looking for. Also take a look at AWS S3 Glacier, if you wish to backup data for a very long retention period.

I used MiniTool ShadowMaker, which can provide data protection services and disaster recovery solutions for your PCs. It can back up OS, files and folders, disks and partitions. With this backup software, you are able to restore data once a disaster occurs.

I've tried several options mentioned here and ended up using two options:
    Veeam
    Windows image built-in backup
    Thanks for all the inputs.
