Backup my installed software and other program

    Hi there,
    I would like to install window7 and remove window vista in my laptop but I don't wanna lose my previous installed software and windows programs, what should i do or which program to download?

    when you install a new OS all programs and updates of the previous will be cleaned, you'll have to install them all again. better back up all the things you need
