what i'm asking about is how to backup my current OS into a bootable while it's in compact state i tried with this command
    dism /capture-image /imagefile:D:\install.wim /capturedir:K:\ /name:"AnyName" /compress:maximum /checkintegrity /verify /bootable
and did all the steps right and it got backuped in a bootable iso and after i installed it,the OS returned to it's normal state and not compact anymore
so the question how can i backup the OS while it's compact and doesn't change in anything
i wanna backup my current as it's without any changes to it
ghostspectre does that and all his windows imgs are compact and i wanna do the same

doesnt windows backup compress? Oh i see what your trying to do, you can either compress the OS or use a tool to debloat. You will loose performance if its compressed. Someone with more experience may answer your question.

i already did that debloated and compressed the iso
i'm looking for compressing the windows installation files and then back them up again compressed but they just return to their normal size and after installing what i backuped i find the windows in normal mode not compressed and that's because once the compressed files get used they return to their normal state(being not compressed)
i really wanna do like ghostspectre back them up compressed
i guess there is a 3rd party program that can do this job

Yea its basically a space saver so i have no idea why its not recompressing after use or even staying compressed while using.

the question is how does ghostspectre and these type of editors do it
    what are they using
their installation process is different from normal windows installations that's why i'm saying they are doing it using a sometype of a program that can backup the windows compressed without doing any changes to it not even a slight

I see, yes thats very compact. My windows folder is 24GB lol. Maybe theres a command to persist the compression after install?

In the advanced tab there is the option to use windows compression to save space, that is the difference your seeing.

In the pic you showed windows properties dialog box there is the advanced button that gives you the option to compress individual folders to save disk space
