Backup question

    Hi guys,

    Question, can you guys recommend a quick and reliable tool to clone my hard drive? I am tired of doing rollbacks between builds and having to start over.

    Any help would be awesome.

    I always use Paragon Backup & Recovery 2014 Free Edition. I have been using it for years and it has always worked great but never tried it with a gpt partition.

    So Acronis vs Paragon? which one is better?

    Go for Paragon I would say Acronis is too much hustle in my experience :tea:

    I only used and use MS image tool, no glitches

    I would never trust a MS tool for such delicate things.

    Both acronis and paragone are good and reliable

    Ahaa, but if you only use MS tools, you can't really compare, can you? (No offense, just sayin').
    For me, tools like Acronis/ Terabyte/ Drive Snapshot/ Active@ are much faster for (agreed, simple) image backups, but are you saying that the MS tools are fast enough for your use? (No idea what your setup is).

    you are wrong in assuming I did not try other solutions, but I agree it's my experience and my point of view :cool: btw I'm a oldtimer in beta testing, this helps...

    I ALWAYS :D use True Image from Acronis.
