I flashed a bios update for HP ENVY 20-d011 and it seems to have failed. I am not stuck at the HP screen, if I hit any key it says stuff about the version and to hit ESC to get to startup menu, ESC doesnt work and non of the F keys do. Is there a way to re flash this computer?
Need more info: We'll need some more info about this computer and update. You'll need to tell us what BIOS/EFI you were on and what you were going to. Links the the BIOS/EFI download would also be helpful, as well as their SP numbers. By your system specs, you have a wireless keyboard. Have you replaced the batteries? Have you tried another keyboard? For BIOS/EFI acces, I prefer USB and wired.
