Best Anti Virus and some more Tips

I use Avast! 2016 for 2 of my W10 Pro installs, seems to do a good job.

I do all my scanning from another partition though & use Norton Security for that.

 

I use eset smart security 9

(activation codes abound)

 

If ppl would just search before starting these AV/Tweaking threads! They're very frequent.

So, and those authentic paid software come with Adware, Trojans and something else installed? And that's secure?!

Just had some two weeks ago a new Modem/Router to install and the original driver CD of the manufacturer came with a Backdoor Trojan! Just to mention the latest one!!

There's NOTHING secure, as well, as there isn't any BEST AV or so software!

 

how did you find out ?

 

better use nothing than using Snake oil

 

About what's on original CD's/DVD's? I check since years any Storage Media I get my hands on! And sometimes, viola, there's something! And funny thing is, most of those Media's are Driver Media's!!
