Best Defrag software

    Can someone suggest me which is the best drefag software free or paid one ?
    I have used Raxco since 2008.

    The original JKDefrag 3.36, not the MyDefrag homo stuff.

    I tried severall my old favorite Perfect disk (13) is not working on my win8.1 I have now O&O Defrag workinh well. Very fast and stable.
    Had some problems with others too. This one is working great.

    O&O Defrag is very good and have a free version

    I´m using PerfectDisk 12.5, and I feel that the program uses to much resources. And sometimes lets my PC slow. So, yesterday I uninstalled Raxco and installed Auslogics, and after the drefrag, I´m feeling my computer faster and not using resources like Raxco (3 services running all the time).

    My computer did slow down my computer and even it crashed a couple of times.

    My computer never crashed but I also felt him slow down. Im still testing with Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro, and if seems that the program uses less then 0,2% of pc resources, and isn´t running al the time. And no adicional services are running with Auslogics.

    Surprised Diskeeper was not mentioned. Ive been using it for years.

    I tried latest version of diskeeper while Raxco didn´t have suport for windows 8.1. I didn´t like the pop up window all the time (trialware), and the program has the same problems like Raxco. Services that run all the time.
